Explanation of the Main Procedures of Stone Coated Roof Tile Production
Our stone coated steel tile is produced through 5 steps, including spray glue, sand-blasting, bake, secondary spray glue and secondary bake.
Step one:spray glue
The basic steel panels are sprayed in the automatic glue spraying equipment. The equipment adopts high pressure airless spraying technique to make sure the basic steel panel can be well and evenly glued.
Step two:sand-blasting
The glued basic steel panels are conveyed to right under the sand tank. Automatic sand mixer and open/close system controlled by PLC are equipped to the tank so that color stone chips are able to fall on and cover in the basic steel panels uniformly.
Step three: bake
The sand-blasted basic steel panels are conveyed to the bake room. The room is equipped with 50 infrared heating tubes and 2 automatic temperature controllers, which can keep the temperature of bake room at 120 Celsius degree. The automatic temperature control technology ensures the colorful stone chips can be excellent combined with the basic steel panels.
Step four:secondary spray glue
The basic steel panels are conveyed to the automatic surface spraying equipment after the first bake. The digital-control spraying equipment makes the colorful stone chips be well-balanced glued and have strong adhesion to the basic steel panels.
Step five: secondary bake
The basic steel panels are conveyed to the secondary bake room after the secondary glue. The room is equipped with the same parts to the first bake room with length 30m, so the stone coated steel tile can be totally dried and have excellent adhesion.
The capacity of our stone coated steel tiles machine is 3-6m/min with daily output (per 8 hour shaft) of 3000 pcs. That can shorten the lead time greatly and meet the customer’s delivery time requiremen
