Structure of Tiles
stone coated steel roof tiles is a lamination of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon galvanized cold-rolled steel sheet, strong weather-resistant acrylic glue and 900℃ baked colored stone chips coating, and structured of 7 special protective and decorating coatings on a base of the mold-shaped galvalume steel sheet. The complex coatings fairly ensure longevity, weather resistance and fine decorative effect of the tiles. The life of roof tiles can last over 30 years. Under extreme weather conditions as +70 ℃, -40 ℃, heavy rain, high humidity, salt mist etc., the shape will not loose; the base will not badly corrupt; the stone chip coat will not swell, fall off and the color will not fade.

| 1.Top Acrylic Coat Increase brightness and bonding strength, prevent rain-leak from coming to the lower layers and granular structure |
2.Stone Chip Layer Resist UV, reducing rain noise and improve decorative function |
3.Acrylic Adhesive Bonding Layer Adhere stone chip to the base sheet, protect the underlying structure |
4.Epoxy Primer Protect alu-zinc layer, enhance corrosion resistance and bonding strength stone chip adhesive and the base sheet. |
| 5.Aluminum Zinc Layer Resist corrosion; reflect heat and prolong the life span of the base sheet. |
6.Steel Sheet High strength cold-rolled steel sheet. |
7.Aluminum Zinc Layer Resist corrosion; reflect heat and prolong the life span of the base sheet. |
8.Epoxy Primer Protect alu- zinc layer and enhance corrosion resistance. |
